Janette & Aljaz are not only married but also love to dance together, in 2017 they took to the road with their show Remembering Fred , which celebrated the work of actor, singer and dancer Fred Astaire. Due to the tour's huge success the pair put together their second tour show , Remembering The Movies, supported by a cast of live singers and dancers, bringing the hits to life with dazzling choreography and a spectacular set. The glamourous couple show dances from the Golden Age of Hollywood through to the modern day musical pieces , with tributes to the likes of Audrey Hepburn, Saturday Night Fever, Gene Kelly, The Greatest Showman, Marilyn Monroe, La La Land, James Bond, Cabaret and many more.

Janette Manrara, (now Skorjanec) is a professional dancer Born in Miami, Florida, the American comes from a Cuban family She began her career performing in musical theatre at the age of 12 before studying all areas of dance. Janette worked for a Hispanic TV station at the beginning of her career and also danced with Jennifer Lopez on stage.

Her first taste of fame came when she took part in the 2009 series of American reality show So You Think You Can Dance? Janette joined the Strictly family in 2013, the same year that her now husband Aljaû Škorjanec joined the show.

Aljaz Skorjanec won the Strictly Come Dancing glitter ball on his year first year on the show! He was born in Ptuj, Slovenia dancing from the age of five, he went on to become a 19-time Slovenian champion in Ballroom, Latin and Ten Dance. Aljaû has also appeared in Slovenia's Dancing With the Stars. When he's not on the dance floor, he loves playing football and is a big Barcelona supporter.
