A Voice of God, or a Live Announcer, are a great addition for a live event or award ceremony. 

At an event, you will often hear a Voice of God announcing  “Ladies and Gentlemen, Please take your seats and introducing speakers onto the stage and giving information about award winners as they receive their awards. You generally do not see the person performing and they can either voice live at the event, or pre-record their announcements.
