Zoë Ball is one of TV and radio's best known female presenters, with an effervescent personality that gives shows an added zest. Recently, she has presented Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two, a BBC2 spin-off show from BBC1's flagship Strictly Come Dancing, and also The Voice: Louder on Two, another successful weekday spin-off show, for BBC1's The Voice.
Zoë has occasionally co-presented Strictly Come Dancing, and also hosted the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour in 2011 and 2015.She has also donned the sequins and stepped into the limelight herself, coming third in the third series of Strictly Come Dancing with her dance partner Ian Waite.
Zoë's big break was on radio. After presenting the much lauded Live & Kicking, in 1999 she became the first woman to front the Radio 1 Breakfast Show alone, winning her a new legion of fans and a Sony Gold Award. Since 2006, she has often presented shows for BBC Radio 2, including specialist documentaries.
