Samantha Clarke is a Motivational Speaker who specialises in coaching team leaders and individuals from a wide range of corporate environments, with the goal of developing relationships within company cultures that support, retain and attract happy employees (and, in fact, happy employers!).
Samantha uses her popular Motivational sessions to address such issues as: defining values and visions, crafting a happy employee environment, conflict resolution to promote greater change and growth, improving cross-cultural communication, relationship-building across technology platforms, managing stress, realising potential, tapping into emotional intelligence, and confidence building.
Samantha believes that while building great businesses starts from the top, a progressive work environment is best developed through a willingness to co-create with employees in order to design a more conscious, happier approach to work. She addresses these issues through keynote speeches, masterclasses, workshops and conferences.
Always passionate in her drive for happier work environments, Samantha says "It's my mission to help companies and individuals by giving advice on the small things they can do to make a big difference. I love to join the dots, be a catalyst for great ideas and support and inspire change."
Samantha developed her Motivational approach after a career in corporate branding. As Saatchi & Saatchi, she worked on campaigns for Archers and the NSPCC. This was followed by developing digital strategies for Kelloggs and the BBC. She then became a specialist in trends related to consumer behaviour, working to enhance brands such as Sony, McDonalds, L'Oreal, Virgin, LVMH and Marks and Spencer.
In addition to her Motivational Speeches, Masterclasses and Workshops, Samantha also writes on motivational topics for publications such as Changeboard HR magazine, Forbes, Harper's Bazaar and The Evening Standard.
