Rob decided he wanted to work for the BBC just before he left the University of Sussex…and decades later he’s still there. From beginnings in local radio, he worked his way through national radio and TV – specifically as TV News sports correspondent and then sports presenter on BBC1 Breakfast – before joining BBC Radio 4’s Today Programme where he still delivers those racing tips! But he’s developed several interests elsewhere….equally at home in the conference hall or on the golf course, he moderates seminars, workshops and debates while – on the lighter side – he enjoys recording the skills – good, bad or merely indifferent – of the corporate or charity golfer.
