Kevin Bridges is a Scottish comedian who has rapidly established himself as one of the top performers on the British comedy circuit, with a sharp, anecdotal approach that is also extremely popular on the corporate scene.
Dubbed as 'brilliant' by fellow Scot Billy Connelly, Kevin made his breakthrough at The Edinburgh Playhouse as part of BBC1's Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow in 2009, in an act that centred on astute observations about his home town of Glasgow. Success rapidly followed, with sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Festival. His tour The Story Continues likewise proved to be a huge hit, with a nine-show sell-out run at the Glasgow SECC Arena (some 45,000 tickets were sold on the first day!).
TV appearances have included Mock the Week and 8 Out Of 10 Cats, as well as a headline slot on Live At The Apollo, a show he subsequently hosted in 2012. Kevin has also hosted Channel 4's Stand Up For The Week.
While still retaining a strong Glaswegian following, Kevin has taken his act all over the world, performing in Europe, North America, the Far East and the Middle East.
