Cat Deeley, born Catherine Elizabeth Deeley on 23 October 1976, is a well known English television presenter who has enjoyed sucess on both sides of the Atlantic.
Following a brief stint as a fashion model in her late teens, Deeley moved into television in 1997 working as a presenter on MTV UK. Over 15 years later she continues to go from strength to strength, having worked on an impressive list of shows, including SMTV:Live, Fame Academy, Stars in Their Eyes and the 2004 BRIT Awards.
In more recent years Cat has ventured into the US, appearing on shows such as ‘American Idol’ and ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ for which she received two Primetime Emmy Award nominations for 'Outstanding Host for a Reality Program'.
The presenters’ talents aren’t just limited to the screen however as she has also spent plenty of time on the airwaves too, working as a DJ and radio presenter for Radio 1 and Capital FM.
In September 2012 Cat married Northern Irish comedian Patrick Kielty, in an intimate ceremony at St Isidore’s College in Rome.
