Andy Parsons is one of Britain's foremost comedians, applying his skills as a talented comedy writer and performer to produce topical banter of the highest order of mirth-making. A Time Out Comedy Award winner, Andy has a regular stand-up slot at London's famous Comedy Store and also makes frequent appearances on TV shows such as Mock The Week and QI.
Radio credits include Parsons And Naylor's Pull-Out Sections (BBC Radio 2), The Lost Weblog Of Scrooby Trevithick and a second series, Scrooby Trevithick (BBC Radio 4). He also presented BBC Radio 5 Live's PMQ Show and has appeared as a guest on the channel's Fighting Talk.
A seasoned performer at the Edinburgh Fringe, Andy has also become something of a stalwart of Australia's major comedy festivals, regularly performing at the Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide Comedy Festivals. His UK tours have included Citizens! (2009), which was released on DVD under the title Britain's Got Idiots (and subsequently shown to much acclaim on BBC2), Gruntled (2011) and Live & Unleashed - But Naturally Cautious (2015). Andy has also presented Live At The Apollo.
