Andi Osho is an English stand-up comedian and actress who has appeared in a number of popular TV soaps, dramas and comedy programmes, including Footballer's Wives, Waking The Dead and Eastenders. She currently presents Supershoppers with Anna Richardson on Channel 4.

Andi spent her first working years as a receptionist by day, while perfecting her stand-up comedy routine in the evenings. Her career began in earnest in 2003, when she performed in her stage debut, What Happened Last Night? This proved to be the springboard to an impressive run of theatre performances, including Alma in Dael Orlandersmith's drama Yellowman at Liverpool's Everyman Theatre, Amanda in Cigarettes, Coffee And Paranoia at The King's Head Theatre and Zimbabwean exile Faith in Qabuka at The Oval House Theatre.

Andi has performed at all the main comedy clubs and festivals across Britain, including: Jongleurs, The Comedy Store, The Reading Festival, The Pleasance Dome, The Chuckle Club, The Leicester Festival (Summer Sundae) and The Hackney Empire. On TV, she turned in memorable performances on Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow, Stand Up For The Week and Live At The Apollo.

Other TV credentials include Casualty, Doctors, Holby City and Sea Of Souls, Russell Brand And Friends, MockThe Week and Ask Rhod Gilbert. In addition, she co-hosted the Tonightly sketch show on Channel 4 and appeared in her own E4 pilot, The Andi O Show. Andi has also won not one but two Mastermind crowns when she chose The Matrix Trilogy and then Mastermind host John Humphrys as her specialist subjects, the latter much to Mr Humphrys' amusement.

Andi is also an accomplished playwright and is one of the founding members of the London Writers Group, Vowel Movement. She has contributed to News Review at London's Canal Cafe Theatre and co-devised a scratch performance of the stage play Up The Café De Paris for the Pulse Fringe Festival.

Winner of The Nivea Funny Women Award, Andi Osho is a talented comedian and actress and makes a perfect choice as an After-dinner Entertainer.
