Michaela Strachan Autumnwatch

Michaela Strachan is a presenter of television wildlife programmes, including The Great Penguin Rescue (UKTV), double BAFTA-winning show Michaela's Wild Challenge (Channel 5) and popular BBC series Springwatch, Autumnwatch and Winterwatch. She also co-presented the BBC's hit series Countryfile for 10 years.

In the 1980s, Michaela was co-presenter (with Pete Waterman) of the dance music show The Hit Man And Her, as well as presenting the iconic children's TV programme The Wide Awake Club.

Other TV credits include: Orangutan Diaries, Elephant Diaries, The Really Wild Show, Michaela's Zoo Babies, Michaela's Animal Roadtrip, Animal Rescue Squad, Postcards From The Wild and Adopt A Wild Animal.

In addition, she recently took part in the ITV celebrity diving competition show Splash, as well as completing a UK tour with a live theatre show based on her first children's book, Michaela Strachan's Really Wild Adventures.

Michaela is a supporter of the charity World Vision.
