A Busy David Walliams Continues Unparalleled Charity Work With Comic Relief

In the last year David Walliams has been extremely busy, and 2013 will be no exception. Last week David appeared in Manchester for the ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ auditions. ‘The Come Fly with Me’ creator lived up to expectations, poking fun at the other judges and interacting flawlessly with acts and audiences alike. David’s notoriety continues to grow amongst the UK’s population, with chants of ‘David, David!’ ringing out through the auditorium, as the weird and wonderful turned out for Britain’s largest talent show (11.9 million viewers at its peak). Not only will you see David on your TV screens this year, but expect to ‘hear’ him in theatres soon. The multifaceted talent will make a voiceover appearance in the animated ‘Justin and The Knights of Valour’, a heart-warming, action adventure of a kid setting out to achieve his dreams. This film will see David working alongside Hollywood giant, Antonio Banderas. In 2013 David will also continue to contribute to his unparalleled charity work for Comic Relief. If rumours come to fruition, this year could see him take part in a sketch aimed at - you guessed it - Simon Cowell! No doubt David will play a big part in the plot creation, which is believed to be a skit aimed at Simon entering into marriage. This nod is aimed at the media magnate being unable to hold a relationship down, despite a string of love interests. We know David is partial to donning a frock, so the questions raised, Will David object to Simons marriage at the last minute? Or Will David be seen walking the aisle with the music industry mogul? Watch the video below to see information regarding this year’s comic relief, held on 15th March, which sees him star alongside One Direction, Jesse J, Rowan Atkinson, Kate Moss & Doctor Who star, Matt Smith.
